The Della Vasudev Kutumbakam International Township is envisioned as a multifaceted development that brings together a number of diverse sectors including spiritual tourism, cultural tourism, education, and hospitality. A defining feature of the township will be the 300-acre Living Exhibition on Hinduism, the first of its kind globally. This exhibition is intended to present 5,000 years of Hindu history and will evolve over a period of 30 to 40 years, providing an evolving educational and spiritual experience for visitors.

The exhibition will serve as an iconic landmark, with its scale and design drawing comparisons to Barcelona’s Sagrada Família. This unique cultural and spiritual landmark aims to be a symbol of India’s long-standing civilizational heritage, bringing the Hindu culture to life through interactive displays, architectural excellence, and historical artifacts.

The Della Group has partnered with Oromecanica Group, a Moroccan company known for its fine craftsmanship, to bring this project to life. In addition, the Andhra Pradesh government has shown strong support for the project, which is set to boost tourism in the region, attracting international visitors and investors.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has already been signed between the Della Group and the Andhra Pradesh government, securing state backing for the project under the state’s tourism policy. The government is providing full assistance through policy incentives and exemptions, ensuring the project’s long-term success and helping to facilitate its swift development. This collaboration marks a significant step toward the realization of India’s Vision 2030, aimed at transforming the country’s tourism sector.

The township will offer a range of facilities to support a luxury lifestyle, including residential units, high-end hotels, and commercial spaces. The integration of these facilities is designed to create an immersive environment for both tourists and residents, blending Indian culture with modern amenities. The development will feature luxurious homes, designed to cater to high-net-worth individuals, as well as affordable housing options for locals.

Moreover, the township will be home to several food and beverage outlets, entertainment venues, and wellness centers, providing a comprehensive destination for visitors to unwind and relax. The project will not only focus on luxury tourism but also on enhancing the local community’s access to better living conditions and amenities.

Enhanced Connectivity and Tourism Infrastructure

Strategically located near Tirupati, one of India’s most sacred pilgrimage sites, the township will offer improved access to the city’s cultural attractions, including Sri Venkateswara Temple, and will support tourism efforts through transportation and infrastructure development. The project will also enhance global connectivity, making it easier for international tourists to visit and experience the unique combination of spirituality, culture, and luxury.

Tirupati is a major pilgrimage destination for millions of visitors annually. This new township will tap into the growing demand for spiritual tourism, positioning Tirupati as a key global destination for both spiritual journeys and cultural exploration.

Looking to the Future: A Major Economic and Cultural Development for Andhra Pradesh

The Della Vasudev Kutumbakam International Township represents a major investment in the future of Andhra Pradesh’s tourism and economic development. The project is expected to attract both domestic and international investment, with significant potential for job creation and regional growth. The incorporation of eco-tourism and sustainable development principles will make this project a model for other developments in India.

Furthermore, the township is designed to support the state’s growing tourism sector, providing a world-class destination for cultural tourism, wellness retreats, and business tourism. As more international travelers are drawn to the region, the township’s development will continue to contribute to the growth of India’s hospitality sector.
