The US 250 Freedom Tour will start in Mesquite, Nevada, celebrating the start of a year-long celebration for America’s 250th anniversary from Jan 9-11, 2025. This historic tour will kick off a unique event for all Americans as they come together to reflect on and appreciate America’s history, values, and achievements.

The 50-state and 50-week tour will be a partnership between the public and private sectors, including the federal, state, and local governments, businesses, civic groups, and community leaders, to collaborate on this initiative. This tour celebrates the president’s announcement regarding the Freedom 250 organization, a bipartisan initiative to serve as the focal point of the nation’s events celebrating the 250th anniversary.

America’s Founding Principles

The Freedom Tour does more than show the current beauty of America. The Freedom Tour brings America’s history to life using the many principles on which America was founded. Principles of Freedom, innovation, faith, family, and the American dream. The principles will be highlighted and rededicated in the spirit of celebrations of the past for the nation, and will celebrate gratitude with America’s inner and true values.

Every tour stop will have a mini-patriotic festival, or Freedom Village, that will display history through interactive activities, performances, and music. A telling-the-past-and-present Liberty Kids America will explain American history through participative activities.

The US 250 Freedom Tour values and encourages community-building unity and modern/s contemporary celebration of history. All Americans contributing and collaborating in various fields will be in the spotlight, from farming and ranching to space and entertainment. The American spirit tours have the veteran and the versatile to remind them of the history on-the-go.

Every stop will feature a cultural enrichment by new and local acts. The night will feature The Great American Journey™, an authentic musical history collage. The audience will be able to experience history in a new way while they are taken on a virtual and immersive tour of the country.

Liberty Trips and Educational Opportunities

At each state, a tour class will also participate in our Liberty Trips™, specially designed and guided tours at the region’s historical sites. Each will include contributors such as historians, re-enactors, and celebrities, as they walk us through the historical importance of each stop. Also, the tour’s mascot, Liberty the Beagle, will join the class for the tours and activities.

The tour also features family-centered activities so participants of all ages, including seniors, can enjoy the Liberty Celebrations. With the hands-on magazines, exhibits, and the Liberty Kids America program, this event will feature active participation and a celebration of the American Spirit to families, schools, and community groups.

National Collaboration for a Unifying Celebration

The tour is produced by a cooperative agreement with several organizations, notably: Moms for America, Inc., and GFM Productions. Partnerships with both state and national authorities promote the vision of bringing all Americans together for a unified celebration of the nation’s 250th birthday. With this collaboration of the public and private sectors, the USA 250 Freedom tour will provide all Americans the opportunity to participate in the national celebration from their location. Unshackled by geopolitical boundaries, the entire nation will be free to participate in the celebrations.

For the Freedom 250 Network, celebrating Freedom across the country means making sure every citizen has the ability to attend one of the Freedom Villages, and, if they cannot, to partake in the surrounding local events. Freedom 250 seeks to foster a spirit of collective participation, expressing patriotism to the values that built this country.
