Disney Adventure Unveils New Details About Enchanting Imagination Garden In Singapore

Disney Adventure, launching from Singapore in 2025, unveils the magical Disney Imagination Garden, a vibrant, storybook-inspired space bringing beloved tales to life.

Disney Cruise Line is excited to reveal fresh details about a unique themed zone on the Disney Adventure, which will embark from Singapore in 2025. The Disney Imagination Garden, situated at the heart of the vessel, will embody an enchanted realm inspired by a century of Disney’s iconic tales that have captured hearts worldwide. This area will feature a vibrant and picturesque valley that draws visitors into the magical world of their cherished Disney narratives. The garden, adorned with a vast, open-air setting, will be accentuated by a three-story high, breathtaking storybook castle artwork— a novel addition to any Disney Cruise Line vessel. Moreover, the area will host a cutting-edge theatrical stage to animate timeless Disney tales, complemented by two fast-service food outlets, a captivating bar, and a series of staterooms with garden views.

“Disney Imagination Garden is the heart and soul of the Disney Adventure, where our guests will interact with our Disney, Pixar and Marvel stories in a whole new way,” said Laura Cabo, portfolio executive creative director, Walt Disney Imagineering. “The size and scale of this space provided us with so many opportunities to dream big and try new things with our experiential design, creating first-of-a-kind experiences for our guests, from all-new entertainment to delicious dining and lots of magical surprises sprinkled throughout. Rooted in the rich legacy of Disney storytelling, we’re creating an area that will open doors to new adventures and encourage guests to create magic of their own.”

Disney Adventure is set to feature seven distinctly themed areas, each brimming with unique experiences and beloved characters. Alongside Disney Imagination Garden, the ship will host Disney Discovery Reef, San Fransokyo Street, Wayfinder Bay, Town Square, Marvel Landing, and Toy Story Place, with further information on these exciting zones to be announced later.

The Adventure Begins: Exploring Disney Imagination Garden
Disney Imagination Garden brings to life a whimsical landscape reminiscent of a vibrant pop-up book. This area is beautifully crafted with paper cut-out styled foliage, including blooming flowers, intricately shaped topiaries, towering trees, and cascading vines set against charming props like towering trellises and sparkling lanterns. The garden is dotted with an array of popular characters from Disney, Pixar, and Marvel, enhancing the magical setting.

This enchanting garden is structured around a central Garden Stage and a grand, storybook castle art piece, linked by a scenic promenade. Families can enjoy the open lawn in front of the stage, leading to a grand staircase that serves as amphitheater seating. This setup is perfect for absorbing the live shows that animate the stage. The storybook theme continues with intricately designed archways and tree branches adorned with hanging lanterns.

At the summit of the staircase lies a picturesque garden courtyard and bar, encapsulated by trees resembling storybook cut-outs, complete with images of familiar animal companions. A standout feature is a Sorcerer’s Apprentice Mickey Mouse topiary, whimsically positioned as if to summon the magic enveloping the garden.

Set the Stage: Activating All-Day Entertainment
The Garden Stage will host a dynamic lineup of high-energy performances, character interactions, and enchanting surprises. This state-of-the-art venue features three-story-high LED screens and advanced theatrical technologies, ensuring a mesmerizing experience for guests of all ages. One of the headline shows, “Avengers Assemble!” introduces Deadpool in his first Disney Cruise Line appearance, contributing his unique humor to a thrilling showdown featuring Marvel’s finest heroes and villains.

At the Family Table: Showcasing Regional Cuisines
Within Disney Imagination Garden, two themed quick-service eateries offer diverse dining options as part of the cruise fare. Inspired by “The Jungle Book” and “Moana,” these restaurants provide immersive dining experiences, reflecting the stories’ rich environments.

• Mowgli’s Eatery offers a taste of India, featuring vegetarian and regional specialties, inspired by the adventures of Mowgli and styled with elements from the film’s early concept art and authentic regional designs.
• Gramma Tala’s Kitchen embraces the vibrant, island atmosphere of “Moana,” with décor inspired by Pacific Island art and an imaginative menu that celebrates the flavors of the Pacific and Asia.

Magic at Sea: Sailing on the Disney Adventure
Starting in 2025, the Disney Adventure will depart from Singapore, providing three- and four-night sea voyages. This floating marvel offers an array of onboard experiences, ensuring that families have a memorable journey brimming with Disney magic. From luxurious staterooms with garden or ocean views to concierge services with exclusive amenities, every aspect of the Disney Adventure is designed to provide a magical escape.

On the Horizon: A New Adventure Awaits
Slated to operate from Marina Bay Cruise Centre for at least five years, the Disney Adventure marks a significant partnership with the Singapore Tourism Board. The ship, a 208,000-gross-ton vessel, is expected to accommodate approximately 6,700 passengers and 2,500 crew members, with more details on its inaugural voyage and onboard experiences forthcoming.
