During this Ramadan season, Dubai Airports is extending a gracious gesture of hospitality to travelers passing through Dubai International (DXB) by offering specially curated iftar boxes that showcase the rich heritage of Dubai.
Crafted by Moza Al Mheiri, a talented Emirati member of Dubai Airports’ design team, the captivating design draws inspiration from the bustling streets of Dubai, incorporating traditional patterns to bring to life the city’s iconic architecture, vibrant cultural elements, and winding alleys.
In partnership with Alokozay, Dubai Airports is distributing iftar meals and warm beverages to nearly 60,000 guests across DXB’s terminals throughout Ramadan. This longstanding tradition at DXB reflects the airport’s commitment to prioritize guests’ convenience, comfort, and wellbeing during this sacred month, showcasing its dedication to hospitality and cultural appreciation.
Majed Al Joker, Chief Operating Officer of Dubai Airports, said: “We’re proud to uphold this annual tradition. These beautifully crafted boxes, designed by our Emirati colleague, are an expression of our Arabian hospitality, extending Dubai’s warmth and the essence of the holy month to guests passing through DXB.”
Apart from the iftar boxes, DXB’s concessionaires are providing exclusive Ramadan offers and menus, enhancing the dining experience for travelers arriving at and departing from DXB.
