Dubai is set to place itself as a global business hub

The Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has of late introduced “Dubai Global”. For Dubai, it’s an effort to set up 50 integrated commercial representative offices in five continents worldwide in the coming years. This project is part of the goal of Dubai to place itself as world’s one of the best business hubs.

Also, the UAE launched incentives that would help in drawing 300 digital companies in a new FDI programme. This is part of the wider campaign of the country to place itself as businesses global hub.

Sheikh Hamdan said that their main goal is to globalize their national companies. This help to attract investments worldwide and add new markets to their global business lines.

He added that this will double their economy in the coming years, set up the best environment for business in the world and be number one in terms of quality life.

Also, of global rankings, the UAE reached to the top spot in terms of business skills proficiency in general, as per Global Skills Report of Coursera that was released in June 2022.

In the world, the country in 2021’s report had ranked second and showed the way to North Africa and Middle East.

In the UAE, learners were placed in the top 100 percentile, in comparison to their peers worldwide, in several areas like management, leadership, strategy and operations.
