The Acres, Dubai

Dubai The Acres, a sustainable villa community, aligns with COP28 goals, offering eco-friendly luxury homes with private pools, set for 2027 completion.

In a groundbreaking move, Dubai is ushering in an era of environmental consciousness with the introduction of The Acres, a revolutionary townhouse and villa community focused on sustainable living. This initiative aligns with the recent gathering of global leaders in Dubai for COP28, emphasizing climate change and sustainability.

The Acres, conceived and developed by the government-affiliated Meraas, is a testament to Dubai’s commitment to a sustainable future. This eco-friendly development boasts a LEED Cities & Communities Certification, with over a quarter of its area dedicated to lush green spaces, ensuring that every home is just a short walk from a park.

Contrasting Dubai’s reputation for towering skyscrapers and groundbreaking architecture like the Palm Jumeirah, The Acres is a forward-thinking project. It features state-of-the-art amenities like rapid electric vehicle charging stations, advanced smart mobility solutions, efficient energy metering, and abundant natural shade. These features connect seamlessly with an extensive network of pedestrian and cycling paths. A key figure from Empire & Nunn, a prominent local property investment advisory, described The Acres as a “serene oasis amidst Dubai’s bustling metropolis,” highlighting its unique blend of natural beauty and luxury. Each home in this coveted development comes with a private swimming pool, drawing significant interest from both homeowners and investors.

The range of properties in The Acres includes 3-bedroom townhouses and 5-bedroom villas, each with its own private pool. The starting price is set at AED 5.09 million ($1.39m), with a flexible multi-year payment plan available. Empire & Nunn Real Estate is incentivizing early investments in The Acres with exclusive rewards, alongside a pledge to donate to charity with each sale. The project is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2027, marking a significant milestone in Dubai’s journey towards sustainable living.
