Emile Otte gets appointed as Hotel Manager at Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur, as a part of Banyan Tree Group, appoints Emile Otte as the hotel manager. His experience in the food and beverage industry has matured his skills as a leader. Otte brings forth his 23 years of experience in the hospitality industry in this role as a hotel manager. Otte’s diverse career graph will largely contribute to his decision-making that is reasonable and sound pertaining to his role as the hotel manager.

Emile has worked on projects such as Hoegaarden Bachelor Auction, Hilton Food and Wine, Hilton Rodeo, and many more. Otte’s creative drive to perceive and implement events has contributed to his credentials, whether it be working as Director of Food and Beverage at Conrad Hotels & Resorts or Operations Manager at Hilton. His interpersonal skills and varied knowledge of five different languages, such as Dutch, Chinese, English, French, and German, also contribute to his managerial skills.

Emile Otte happened to have been very clear in his mind from the very start, as can be said from his education at IHM. He started his career as a F&B employee at Hampshire Hotels. He became the head barman at the Paviljoen Kaap Hoorn in the Netherlands. His handling of clients has instilled patience in him efficiently. Otte has operated in different locations, such as the Philippines, UAE, China, and Japan. This augmented his visionary skills and brilliantly formulated a strategic perspective. Otte’s commitment concerning the operational aspects makes him perfectly fit for the position. He will not only enhance the experience for the guests but also validate the brand’s reputation for delivering luxurious service to the customers who will visit the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
