The eThekwini Municipality has announced that after all beaches passed the safety water test for swimming.The beaches will be open in time for the the festive season of Christmas and new Year’s, ensuring safe swimming access for the expected influx of local and international tourists. Access to safe swimming beaches will help maintain Durban’s popularity among holiday leasure travellers.
