In April, Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi presents a special two-day collaboration at est, its Michelin-starred restaurant. Chef Guillaume Bracaval from est extends a warm welcome to Chef Arnaud Dunand from Maison Dunand, the acclaimed Michelin-starred French restaurant in Bangkok.
The two French chefs will combine their talents for a four hands dinner at est on April 25 and 26, 2024. Guests can experience Chef Dunand’s cuisine, which reflects the rich sensibility of his Alpine roots in Savoie, France.
est x Maison Dunand
Experience a transcendent gastronomic journey blending the artistry of French cuisine with rich Asian flavors and the finest Japanese ingredients. Chefs Bracaval and Dunand collaborate to create an exceptional menu, each showcasing their signature styles through meticulously crafted dishes.
Thailand’s vibrant food culture, known for its harmonious balance of sweet, sour, and umami flavors, inspires Chef Dunand’s distinctive Thai-infused creations for this event.
Chef Bracaval takes an eco-conscious approach, sourcing fresh ingredients from Japanese prefectures, selected according to the country’s 24 micro-seasons. His dishes, crafted in harmony with nature, reflect a deep respect for the Japanese terroir.
This partnership celebrates the finest of French cuisine, elevated by the locally inspired influences of both chefs and their renowned restaurants.
