Experience the Taste of Innovation with ‘FSheroes’ at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru

The Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru warmly welcomes guests to participate in the unique event “FSheroes: Culinary Triumphs,” a month-long showcase beginning February 29, 2024. This event highlights the exceptional talents of some of India’s most influential women chefs and nutritionists, celebrating their groundbreaking journeys in the culinary world.

From the start of the event on February 29 until March 20, 2024, the hotel’s dining space, CUR8, along with its modern kitchen and outdoor terrace, will become the epicenter of culinary innovation, featuring three home chefs who will present their exclusive dishes and culinary achievements.

The event begins with the talented Rachna Prasad, who specializes in Bihari cuisine, sharing her culinary delights from February 29 to March 2. Rachna aims to introduce the rich culinary traditions of Bihar to a broader audience, highlighting her passion for cooking with creativity and love. As a recipient of the Notable HomeChef of India award, she’s celebrated for her ability to impress with her tasty dishes and creative food presentations.

Following Rachna, Joyadrita Chaterjee will take center stage from March 7 to 9, bringing the authentic tastes of Bengali cuisine to the forefront. Operating a popular Bengali food takeaway service from her home kitchen in Chennai, Joyadrita uses traditional ingredients like mustard oil and seeds, as well as a variety of fishes and greens, to recreate the flavors of her hometown Kolkata.

The culinary journey continues with Dilnawaz Fardoon Karkaria from March 14 to 16, who will guide guests through the delightful world of Parsi cuisine. Since starting her culinary adventures in 2009, Dilnawaz has impressed many with her signature dishes, such as Mutton Dhansak and Chicken Farcha, especially during Navroz celebrations, earning her widespread recognition.

In addition to these culinary showcases, the Four Seasons Bengaluru’s Infuse Spa is partnering with the esteemed holistic nutritionist Gayathri Iyer starting this March. Gayathri, known for her comprehensive approach to wellness, combines diet, herbal remedies, and scientific yet holistic practices to offer a complete wellness program. Her expertise in functional blood analysis and holistic diagnostics enhances the spa’s offerings, providing guests with a path to improved health and wellbeing.

Reuben Kataria, the General Manager of Four Seasons Bengaluru, emphasizes the hotel’s commitment to innovation and creativity through the FSheroes event. This celebration not only honors the formidable spirit of women who have overcome challenges in their fields but also provides guests with an enriching and unique experience.

The culinary creations of FSheroes will be featured alongside the buffet offerings during lunch and dinner at CUR8, marking a tribute to the artistry, flavor, and health these women bring to the table.
