Explora Journeys’ 2029 Endless Worlds Sets Sail On First Global Voyage For Tourists: Everything You Need To Know

Published on December 4, 2025

The premium cruise line Explora Journeys has just announced its first global cruise, a grand one-hundred and twenty-eight-day trip called Endless Worlds, that will occur on the cruise liner EXPLORA I from 6th January to 14th May 2029. The trip will start with the splendid view of Dubai and will finish on the beach of Barcelona, thus, giving the tourists an easygoing experience of the world as a single trip with no breaks.

An Unparalleled Route

Endless Worlds spans four continents, 29 countries and territories, and touches 63 unique destinations, including 12 overnight port stays, giving guests the chance to live through a true global tapestry rather than a series of disconnected itineraries.

Starting from Dubai, the journey navigates eastwards through India, the Maldives and Sri Lanka, then ventures into Southeast Asia with stops in Singapore, Bali and Komodo. From there, EXPLORA I sails south and east into Oceania, marking the brand’s first-ever calls in Australia and New Zealand. Destinations in Australia include Sydney, Cairns, Airlie Beach, Brisbane, Melbourne and Tasmania; in New Zealand, the voyage explores fjords and coastal treasures.

Crossing the Pacific, the cruise visits some of the world’s most remote and striking islands, from dreamy Fiji and Tonga to the Cook Islands, French Polynesia and the legendary mystery of Easter Island. From there, the ship transits the Panama Canal and continues along the Pacific coastline of South America, calling at ports in Chile and Peru. The final leg crosses the Atlantic, with stops possibly including islands like Bermuda, the Azores, before landing in the Mediterranean at Barcelona.

Passages: A Narrative-Driven Voyage

Rather than merely string together ports, Explora divides Endless Worlds into seven distinct Passages, each with its own character and narrative, yet forming part of a single, seamless journey. According to the official website, these are:

This structure invites travellers to see the world not as isolated stops, but as interconnected chapters in a single, grand story, an approach rooted in the brand’s signature philosophy of the sea as a continuous, living narrative.

Aboard EXPLORA I: Luxury, Comfort and Ocean State of Mind

Life onboard EXPLORA I is envisioned as a deeply personal, slow-paced ocean journey. Suites overlook the sea and come with private terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows and refined interiors designed for comfort and calm.

Guests can expect evolving culinary menus and entertainment programmes that reflect the changing geographies, from Indian spices to Pacific flavours to Mediterranean sophistication. Wellness, enrichment events and cultural performances are timed to coincide with the ship’s changing surroundings, and shore experiences are to be curated by local experts to help travellers connect meaningfully with each destination.

What This Means for Luxury Travel and Wanderlust Seekers

From the vantage point of a travel journalist, Endless Worlds represents a compelling shift in luxury travel, from ticking checkboxes to enabling deep, unhurried exploration. For seasoned travellers who value not only destinations but rhythm, reflection and narrative, this world cruise offers an unprecedented chance to witness ecosystems, cultures and geographies span the globe in one continuous experience.

The inclusion of remote, under-visited places, from Easter Island to remote Pacific atolls, alongside cultural hubs like Singapore, Sydney and Barcelona offers balance between off-beat adventure and familiar comforts. Meanwhile, the flexible structure of Passages means that travellers need not commit to the full 128 days; they may choose to join one or more segments and craft their own slow-travel arc.

Reservations, Outlook and What Comes Next

According to Explora Journeys, reservations for Endless Worlds will open in early 2026, giving prospective guests time to plan, budget and prepare for what is likely to be one of the most exclusive, and sought-after, world cruises of the decade.

In a statement, the company’s president said this inaugural World Journey embodies our deepest values, boundless exploration, cultural curiosity and a meaningful connection to the ocean.

For all those who dream in continents, oceans, and cultural sounds, Full Throttle is a unique virtual platform-connecting all living creatures for an unforgettable face-to-face realisation-about this great blue orb, not as a display in a gallery but as a vibrant web of all-pervading interconnectedness.
