ITB Berlin

Starting immediately, companies, regions, and destinations interested in participating can now reserve their booth online for ITB Berlin 2025. This early preparation allows for ample time to plan for the world’s largest travel trade show. From March 4 to March 6, 2025, industry leaders from across the global tourism value chain will convene at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds.

“Following the huge success of the last ITB Berlin and the positive feedback from exhibitors and trade visitors, we are pleased to give exhibitors the opportunity for the first time to plan much earlier for ITB Berlin 2025“, said Christina Freier, Head of Sales & Administration at ITB Berlin. “We advise customers to register as soon as possible in order to take advantage of our Early Bird rates and secure the best location for their stand.“

The ITB Berlin 2025 exhibitor portal is your gateway to participating in the event. Once you’ve registered for a booth, main exhibitors can add co-exhibitors and, starting this autumn, arrange for additional event services.

Early Bird Discounts

Act quickly to take advantage of early bird discounts for ITB Berlin 2025. Companies interested in participating must secure their discounts and reserve space at the standard fee by 1 July 2024. You can calculate your stand fees and find more information on the ITB Berlin website under stand registration.

The final date to register is 1 September 2024. After this, the ITB Berlin team will organize the hall layouts and progressively update exhibitors about their potential stand locations, followed by an official order confirmation.

Participating in ITB Berlin allows companies to showcase their offerings to a global audience of experts and top decision-makers. It’s an opportunity to engage with key players across the entire tourism industry value chain and engage in effective networking. Participants will also obtain valuable insights into the ever-evolving travel market.

Despite its vast scale, featuring products and services from over 180 countries and territories, ITB Berlin is organized for easy navigation. The hall layout is geographically organized by destination and segmented by key tourism sectors such as Business Travel, MICE, Hospitality, Travel Technology, Cultural Tourism, LGBTQ+ Tourism, Adventure Travel, Responsible Tourism, Medical & Health Tourism, and Luxury Travel.
