Growth in Destination Experiences

Falcons Beyond has been concentrating on the development of destination-based experiences through its FBD division, with the aim of creating unique, immersive entertainment spaces. The company’s key asset in this regard is the Sol Katmandu Park and Resort, which has continued to show growth in its tourism revenue. The resort generated 11.2 million dollars in revenue for the three months ending September 30, 2025, a small increase compared to the same period in 2024.

With the acquisition of OES in May 2025, Falcon’s Beyond is also expanding its Falcon’s Attractions services, a division dedicated to creating world-class entertainment attractions. This move is expected to open doors for significant new contracts for large-scale tourism and attractions projects. The company is rapidly scaling its operations to meet the growing demand for immersive entertainment across various global destinations, focusing on long-term sustainability and operational efficiency.

Tourism Industry Impact

Falcon’s Beyond’s focus on expanding its attractions services is a key part of its strategy to position itself as a major player in the global tourism and entertainment sector. The development of attractions is aimed at meeting the increasing global demand for destination-based experiences, especially as tourism rebounds globally. The company’s investments in immersive technology and branded entertainment are poised to drive the future of tourism by providing visitors with unforgettable experiences.

The company’s ventures, such as theme parks, resorts, and interactive entertainment spaces, contribute significantly to the tourism sector. As global tourism sees a strong recovery, Falcon’s Beyond is strategically expanding its offerings to attract more visitors, particularly in regions with high growth potential, including Saudi Arabia. These new developments are part of Falcon’s Beyond’s long-term vision to provide unmatched entertainment experiences that captivate and engage tourists from around the world.

Financial Challenges and Tourism Outlook

Despite reporting a net loss of 10.4 million dollars for the third quarter, Falcon’s Beyond remains confident in its tourism-related investments, with the goal of ensuring continued growth through targeted acquisitions and strategic partnerships. The company’s pipeline of contracted tourism projects amounts to 48.3 million dollars, setting the stage for a more profitable fourth quarter as it delivers on long-term tourism contracts.

The financial loss was largely attributed to the absence of non-cash fair value gains that were recognised in the prior year, and an increase in share of loss from equity method investments. However, the company’s expansion into the tourism sector is seen as an essential investment to position itself for growth in the increasingly competitive attractions industry.

Key Strategic Investments in Tourism-Driven Attractions

Falcons Beyond has made substantial investments to secure a larger share of the global tourism market, especially through joint ventures and acquisitions that support its theme park and resort businesses. For example, the company completed the sale of the Sol Tenerife hotel property in May 2025, which has been reclassified to discontinued operations.

Additionally, Falcon’s Beyond entered into a new five-year 15 million dollars revolving line of credit in November 2025, which will be used to support the growth of its tourism-focused divisions. This new capital will be crucial in funding the expansion of the company’s attraction services and securing further tourism-related contracts. With this funding, Falcon’s Beyond expects to accelerate the development of new entertainment destinations that will draw more tourists globally.

Looking Ahead: Tourism as a Key Driver of Revenue

Falcon’s Beyond is still allied with other players in the tourism sector while integrating more OES system assets and investing in new projects. They aim to fundamentally redefine overseas destinations with innovative new attractions and drive much-needed global tourism through destination brands. Transformational tourism is their focus.

Falcon’s Beyond is set to innovate and broaden its tourism work. With the sector’s projected growth and increasing revenues expected to double in 12 months, the company will also expand its share within the tourism sector, offering new and immersive entertainment for travellers. The focus on integration with other players in the tourism sector, sustainable growth, and innovation in tourism, combined with diversification into high-growth countries, guarantees good prospects for their attraction-based businesses.
