Finnair’s progress: 2023 annual report now available for review

On February 19, 2024, Finnair Plc made public its Report of the Board of Directors and Financial Statements for the year 2023. This report, inclusive of non-financial reporting, offers a comprehensive overview of the company’s performance during the period.

In accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements, Finnair has also released a separate Financial Information report for 2023. This document, presented in Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML), encompasses both the Board of Directors’ Report and Financial Statements, with key financial components tagged using iXBRL. KPMG Oy Ab has conducted an independent audit, providing a reasonable assurance report on Finnair’s ESEF Financial Statements, adhering to ISAE 3000 standards.

Moreover, alongside financial disclosures, Finnair has unveiled its Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report for the fiscal year 2023, demonstrating a commitment to transparency and corporate responsibility.

Furthermore, Finnair has released its Annual Report for the year 2023 on its official website today. This report encompasses all the publications mentioned earlier (excluding the ESEF reporting) along with sustainability disclosures crafted in accordance with the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) Standards.
