First Qatar Toy Festival happening in July

Qatar is gearing up for its first toy festival, set to take place from July 13 to August 5 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC).

The event, named the Qatar Toy Festival, promises to be a magical wonderland for all ages. Qatar Tourism announced this on its social media handle.

Under the enchanting theme of “Live the tales and enjoy the games,” the festival will be open on weekdays from 2pm to 10pm, and on weekends from 2pm to 11pm, allowing families to immerse themselves in the thrilling world of toys and entertainment.

For the first time in the country, the festival brings together an impressive lineup of the world’s biggest international toy brands, creating a truly unique celebration.

Branded entertainment, international toys, and festive roaming acts will all converge at the DECC, ensuring an unforgettable experience for attendees.

Featuring over 25 thrilling attractions and engaging concepts, the Qatar Toy Festival will showcase beloved brands like Barbie, Disney Princess, Blippi, CoComelon, Hot Wheels, Nerf, Transformers, Monopoly, and many more.

In a surprise twist, the festival will also welcome popular social media influencers from around the GCC.

Moreover, the festival organisers have made sure to cater to the future youth of Qatar. Rasha Rizk Concerts will take place, offering an inspiring and entertaining experience for young talents.

The Syrian singer-songwriter gained recognition primarily through her collaboration with the renowned Syrian cartoon dubbing company, Venus Centre.

Her notable contributions include performing the Arabic theme songs for beloved animated series like Remi, Nobody’s Girl, Detective Conan, and the Digimon Series.

To secure a spot at this extraordinary event, tickets are now available for purchase at Virgin Megastore.

Prices range from QR50 for general entrance, QR100 for gold tickets (which include Fast Track entrance to all activities and shows), QR400 for gold plus tickets (which provide Fast Track entrance for up to five people), to QR1,500 for VVIP tickets (which grant Fast Track entrance, access to the VIP lounge, and entry for up to four people).
