Frontier Airlines expands from Philadelphia with 10 new destinations starting May 2024. Intro fares at $19. Total of 39 destinations & 44 daily flights.

Frontier Airlines, renowned for its budget-friendly travel options, has announced an exciting expansion from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), launching direct flights to ten new destinations in May 2024. This development follows the earlier announcement of service to Minneapolis. With these additional routes, Frontier will offer flights to a total of 39 destinations from PHL, with an average of 44 flights departing daily during the summer. This represents a 47% increase in operations compared to the previous summer. To celebrate this expansion, Frontier, known for its commitment to eco-friendly flying, is introducing incredibly low introductory fares starting at just $19* and offering premium seat upgrades from only $19** for all its Philadelphia-based flights.

“From the Midwest to the East Coast and from Maine to Florida, these new routes span much of the country and represent our continued commitment to growth from PHL,” said Barry Biffle, CEO, Frontier Airlines. “In fact, PHL will see the second largest increase in daily departures on Frontier this summer among our major operational bases.”

Coinciding with the route expansion announcement is a flight attendant job open house, inviting interested candidates to participate in one of three sessions on February 8, 2024, at the Live! Casino and Hotel Philadelphia.

The expansion includes the Frontier Loves Philly Sale, showcasing all Philadelphia routes.

Details of the New Service from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) include:

• Knoxville (TYS): Begins May 16, 2024, with three weekly flights at an introductory fare of $19*
• Portland, Maine (PWM): Starts May 16, 2024, offering three weekly flights at $19*
• Milwaukee (MKE): Launches May 16, 2024, with three weekly flights, also at $19*
• Detroit (DTW): Commences May 16, 2024, with daily flights priced at $19*
• Chicago O’Hare (ORD): Begins May 21, 2024, with daily flights at $19*
• Indianapolis (IND): Starts May 21, 2024, with three weekly flights at $19*
• Columbus (CMH): Launches May 22, 2024, with three weekly flights, priced at $19*
• St. Louis (STL): Begins May 22, 2024, with four weekly flights at $19*
• Kansas City (MCI): Starts May 22, 2024, offering three weekly flights at $19*
• Pensacola (PNS): Launches May 22, 2024, with three weekly flights at $19*
• Minneapolis (MSP) and Pittsburgh (PIT) also feature in this expansion with special introductory fares.
