To enhance its spa offerings, Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay now features three Ayurvedic treatments administered by expertly trained therapists.

The treatments include Shirodhara, which begins with a soothing shoulder massage followed by a continuous stream of warm herbal oil over the forehead, aiding in alleviating insomnia and calming the mind. Abhyanga is a revitalizing full-body massage using warm herb-infused oils that helps reduce stress, relieve muscle pain, and improve sleep and immunity. The Indian Head Massage, which can be added to either Abhyanga or Shirodhara, targets vital energy points with warm oils to relieve tension and rejuvenate the body.

The Ayurveda Day Immersion package offers a deep dive into Ayurvedic healing with a schedule that includes a yoga session, Abhyanga treatment, Shirodhara session, and an Indian Head Massage.

True to Ayurvedic principles, the hotel features teak-wood panchakarma massage beds, crafted in India, and treatments offered in a cabana by the Azure pool amidst tranquil palm trees.
