Four Seasons is actively expanding its global footprint, investing in its existing portfolio of 128 hotels and resorts across 47 countries. The upcoming additions to the portfolio include a resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, a historic hotel revitalization in Cartagena, Colombia, a waterfront hotel in Rabat, Morocco, two hotels in China (Dalian and Hangzhou), and a mixed-use development project in Osaka, Japan. Other projects include the transformation of the legendary Hotel Formentor into a Four Seasons resort in Mallorca, a return to Shanghai, and continued growth in Italy.

The global residential portfolio is on an upward trend, with over USD 1.5 billion in real estate sold in 2023.
