The Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong has reclaimed its esteemed status of eight Michelin stars following the announcement of the Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau 2024 on March 14, 2024. In this 16th edition of the regional guide, Caprice stands out by maintaining its three Michelin stars for the sixth year in a row. Lung King Heen has been honored with two Michelin stars, and Noi has advanced to a two-star rating. Furthermore, Sushi Saito has successfully preserved its single Michelin star.

Christian Poda, Regional Vice President and General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, expressed pride in his team, “We are thrilled to achieve these prestigious accomplishments that have firmly cemented Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong as a culinary mecca where innovation, passion and world class dining converge. This recognition stands as a testament to the unwavering commitment of our talented chefs and service teams in consistently delivering unparalleled experiences for our guests. We value diversity in our teams and that is how we foster a spirit of collaboration, where they can cross pollinate and inspire each other.”

A Celestial Assembly of Talent

Caprice, the pinnacle of French gastronomy, has once again secured its three-star rating for the sixth year in a row. Under the guidance of Chef Guillaume Galliot and Restaurant Director Victor Petiot, the eatery has soared to new culinary peaks with unparalleled innovation and execution since 2017. Earlier this year, in a nod to Chef Galliot’s two decades in Asia, Caprice dazzled the culinary world by hosting an extraordinary feast. This event saw 26 of the globe’s most esteemed chefs, collectively holding 30 Michelin stars, come together to curate a unique tasting menu. With its splendid dining ambiance, exceptional service, and a wine list that narrates a rich story, Caprice embodies a genuine vision, brought to fruition by its gifted team.

Accompanying this gastronomic marvel is Lung King Heen, which made history in 2008 by becoming the first Chinese restaurant to receive three Michelin stars. This year, as they graciously accept a two-star rating for 2024, they mark 16 years of Michelin recognition, proudly reflecting on a legacy of 14 consecutive years with three stars.

From its inception, Lung King Heen has been at the forefront of culinary excellence, thanks to Chinese Executive Chef Chan Yan Tak, Restaurant Manager Jacky Cheung, and their dedicated team. Their innovative dishes have not only revolutionized Cantonese cuisine but also set a global benchmark for quality and creativity. The restaurant extends heartfelt thanks to its devoted customers from near and far for their unwavering support.

Noi, an Italian culinary gem, has also been spotlighted this year, ascending to two Michelin stars. Chef Paulo Airaudo’s commitment to using seasonal produce to craft novel and delightful flavor pairings exemplifies his modern Italian culinary philosophy, particularly in his seafood creations.

Completing this constellation of culinary excellence is Sushi Saito. Established in Tokyo by the esteemed sushi maestro Takashi Saito, the restaurant has been honored with a Michelin star once more. Under Chef Masashi Kubota’s leadership in Hong Kong, Sushi Saito preserves the tradition of Edomae-style sushi, achieving perfection in the art of fish aging, rice preparation, and the nuanced blend of vinegar, soy sauce, and wasabi.

An Ode to Gastronomy

In recognition of these remarkable achievements, the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong introduces the “An Epicurean Journey” room package. This exclusive offer includes a luxurious suite stay, a dining credit of HKD 1,000 at the two-star Lung King Heen, a creative cocktail experience at the celebrated ARGO bar, and access for two to the Executive Club and its myriad of privileges.
