Four Seasons Hotel Madrid becomes a focal point over Christmas for both local residents and those visiting the capital in search of unique experiences in magical surroundings. Based on a broad range of gastronomic ideas and an attractive line-up of activities that will have guests fully immersed in the festivities, visitors will be able to discover this iconic luxury building from a different perspective and at one of the most vibrant times of the year.

After celebrating its third anniversary and becoming one of the top 50 hotels in the world according to The World’s 50 Best Hotels 2023 (in which it is rated #24), Four Seasons Hotel Madrid promises to surprise once again this festive season by becoming a temple to art, culture, luxury and, above all, gastronomy with various ideas aimed at captivating both Hotel guests and local residents alike.

Magical Nights in the Ballrooms at the Hotel: Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve Special

In the heart of Madrid, the Hotel offers an unforgettable Christmas full of luxury and elegance with evenings of haute cuisine in its majestic ballrooms.

The Christmas Eve menu begins with a dazzling cocktail reception accompanied by a glass of champagne and a selection of aperitifs that will include: Embrujo de la Sierra cheese strawberry tree illusion and quince jelly; bluefin tuna tiradito with lime and caviar; or A5 wagyu, Iberian tonkatsu and toasted butter. This will be followed by one cold and another hot starter, leading on to the confit sea bream with truffle, bacon wrap and baby peas and the poulard stuffed with foie gras, pistachio and apple millefeuille. The menu will also include two dishes for the sweet-toothed, both with a citrus hit: lemon, almond and EVOO ice-cream and a surprising marrón glacé, yuzu and blackcurrant cheese compote.

The team of sommeliers at the Hotel has carefully selected the champagne and wine pairing to enhance the flavours of each one of the dishes making up this culinary feast. Live music will accompany diners throughout the evening to create a unique atmosphere on one of the most magical nights of the year.

To end the year in style, The New Year’s Eve Gala will offer a spectacular menu accompanied by live entertainment and music throughout the night for a unique gastronomic experience. To kick off the evening, the team has prepared a cocktail reception consisting of several aperitifs and show-cooking stations where diners will be able to enjoy red shrimp, piparra pepper and cottage cheese bombón; rice, O-Toro and wasabi emulsion crunch; or cut of foie gras, Abanico Iberico and truffle. This will be followed by six dishes in the spectacular Sol Ballroom.

The main stars of this menu include the glazed wild turbot rib, baby peas and eels; and the kamado grilled A5 wagyu steak, parsnip, Bordelaise sauce and white truffle. Desserts will be a fundamental part of the evening, for which the mandarin and kalamansi sorbet with yoghurt and basil precede a delicious dish based on Piura chocolate, praline, apricot and tonka beans. Naturally, this menu will include the traditional lucky grapes to celebrate New Year and will be followed by a free premium open bar with early morning snacks so guests can keep on enjoying the live music until four in the morning.

A Different Culinary Experience to Welcome the New Year at ISA

The latest place-to-be promises to attract all those looking for something different and surprising this Christmas. Its Asian-Mediterranean inspired gastronomy and a liquid offer with indescribable signature cocktails stands as a major hotspot for celebrating company dinners and private parties. Five areas that can all be made private, a live DJ and a sublime gastronomy concept and cocktails make this the perfect place for such events.

Furthermore, for those looking to enjoy an unconventional New Year’s Eve event with the most vibrant entertainment from DJ and vocalist Marina Skat, ISA is creating a special menu in seven courses that brings together the best gastronomy this place has to offer: a selection of nigiris; tuna tartare tartlet; grilled red porgy with black truffle, creamy celeriac and Sichuan pepper; or a delicious slow-cooked Angus rib, among other choices.

Marked by a countdown and the traditional bells, midnight will give way to a subsequent after-party at ISA between 12:00 midnight and 4:00 am. Unlike previous years, this party will be open to the public when buying a ticket in the restaurant itself (EUR 50 per person).
