The Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, a prestigious five-star establishment located in the vibrant SoBro district of downtown Nashville, is excited to introduce new members to its team. These individuals will spearhead the hotel’s innovative culinary endeavors, managing the renowned dining experiences at Mimo Restaurant and Bar, Rivière Rooftop, along with banquet services and room dining options.

Joining the team are:

Originally from Milan, Italy, Chef Francesco Greco comes to the Four Seasons Hotel Nashville after a tenure as Executive Chef at the Four Seasons Hotel Amman in Jordan beginning in 2021. His illustrious career has seen him collaborate with some of the world’s most celebrated hotels and restaurants, working alongside esteemed Italian chefs like Michelin-star recipient Paola Budel, a student of the renowned Gualtiero Marchesi, and Romano Resen, known for his exquisite regional Italian cuisine. Greco has also gained valuable experience from French culinary maestros Alain Soliveres and Christian Rassinoux. His remarkable contributions to the culinary world have earned him titles such as Shanghai Chef of the Year in 2009 and Italian Cuisine Master Chef in 2011, awarded by the GVCI group and Academia Barilla.

Chef Hector Llompart, hailing from San Juan, Puerto Rico, brings a wealth of expertise as a pastry chef. His distinguished career includes a seven-year stint with the Ritz-Carlton in locations such as Half Moon Bay, California; Washington, DC; Dorado Beach, Puerto Rico; and Carolina, Puerto Rico. Before joining the Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, Llompart excelled as the Executive Pastry Chef at the Four Seasons Hotel Miami starting in 2019.

“After an international search, we are absolutely thrilled to welcome Chef Greco and Chef Llompart to the team at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville,” says Four Seasons Hotel Nashville Director of Food and Beverage Dejan Todorovic. “Both chefs come with incredible skill and experience, and I’m confident they’re going to continue to build upon the incredible success that Mimo and Riviere have had so far. We are eager to welcome them to the city and the team and get started on our great work together.”

Chef Greco has been appointed as the Executive Chef for the entire property. This role includes the management of the Hotel’s premier dining establishment, Mimo Restaurant and Bar, the rooftop dining venue Rivière, as well as the coordination of special events, banquets, and in-room dining services. Additionally, Chef Llompart will oversee the pastry department, contributing to all aspects of the Hotel’s culinary offerings.

“I have been so fortunate to work in fantastic restaurants across Europe and Asia, and I’m very much looking forward to the opportunity to continue my career in America in a city as vibrant as Nashville,” says Chef Francesco Greco. “Preparing a meal is not just about feeding guests. It’s about tailoring a dining experience as a whole and giving guests a great experience from start to finish. From in-room dining to banquets to a meal at Mimo, it’s my top priority to create a memorable Four Seasons experience for each guest who walks through our doors. I’m excited to join this wonderful team and continue making great memories for our guests.”

“For me, cooking is a form of self-expression. You cook with your soul, and every dish you present has a soul,” says Chef Hector Llompart. “I’m excited to bring my soul, my Puerto Rican heritage, my love of hospitality, and my passion for pastry to Nashville. It’s an honour to join this world-class team and share our love of food and cooking with our guests.”

Since its launch in November 2022 under the guidance of Executive Chef Aniello “Nello” Turco, Four Seasons Hotel Nashville has emerged as a prime spot for dining, events, and hospitality, attracting both visitors and local patrons. The Mimo Restaurant and Bar, along with Rivière Rooftop, have quickly gained popularity as downtown hotspots for all meals and cocktails.

Chef Turco, who became part of the Four Seasons Hotel Nashville’s team before its opening in summer 2022, is set to continue his distinguished culinary journey as the Executive Sous Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Prague. In his new role, he will manage the renowned modern Italian dining venue, Cottocrudo.

“Living in Nashville and opening Mimo Restaurant and Bar has been a dream come true,” says Chef Nello Turco. “The community has been so welcoming, and the team at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville is one of the best I’ve worked with in my career. As I move on to my next culinary adventure, I’m thrilled to leave this beautiful restaurant in the very capable hands of Chef Francesco and Chef Hector. I know they will continue to take the Hotel and its dining offerings to wonderful new heights.”

Mimo Restaurant and Bar, the premier dining establishment of the Hotel that blends Southern Italian cuisine with Southern hospitality, launched to both critical acclaim and local excitement in November 2022. In May 2023, Rivière Rooftop, a bar and restaurant inspired by the French Riviera located on the Hotel’s seventh-floor pool deck, began welcoming guests. This venue provides an outdoor dining experience featuring French cuisine and breathtaking views of the Cumberland River. Recently, both restaurants have introduced new, broader menus to further cater to the preferences of Hotel guests, downtown workers, and the local dining community.
