Spring awakens at the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle, heralding the arrival of an exquisite Easter buffet in the Ballroom on March 31, 2024. Additionally, patrons can indulge in a three-course brunch at the Goldfinch Tavern, a culinary gem by Ethan Stowell. This dining experience is marked by attentive service and dishes that are a testament to excellence, crafted from premium ingredients.

A fresh addition to the Ballroom’s seasonal repertoire, the Easter buffet invites large families and groups to enjoy its spacious ambiance, accentuated by panoramic windows that offer a stunning view of the Seattle Great Wheel and the serene movements of ferries on Elliott Bay.

The buffet will boast a generous appetizer section featuring a Northwest seafood tower, Olympia Provisions charcuterie, an assortment of fresh salads, Viennoiserie pastries, and beyond. Culinary stations led by chefs will serve up delectable items like grilled tomahawk steak and a personalized eggs-on-toast bar. Celebrate with a selection from the Mimosa bar among other drink options. The dessert selection, crafted in-house by Chef Danielle Grogan and her pastry team, promises a delightful conclusion. Young visitors will enjoy a special appearance by the Easter Bunny.

Chef Jeffrey Hunter unveils a three-course Easter brunch menu that captures the essence of spring.

The culinary journey starts with a basket of warm pastries, followed by a choice of appetizers, including Prosciutto di Parma bruschetta and fresh local oysters. Main course options span savory eggs Benedicts to Goldfinch Tavern specialties like Dungeness crab cakes and chocolate croissant French toast, culminating in a trio of spring desserts from Chef Danielle Grogan. The Easter brunch experience is enriched with a visit from the Easter Bunny and treats for the kids.

Ideal for both intimate gatherings and family outings, the brunch menu is served from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm. Children have the choice of the special Easter menu or selections from the kids’ menu.
