Frontier Airlines launches upgraded FRONTIER miles program

Frontier Airlines (NASDAQ: ULCC) has officially unveiled its revamped FRONTIER Miles℠ loyalty program, introducing a groundbreaking approach that allows consumers to enjoy comprehensive benefits while spending less. Initially disclosed in October 2023, the program offers swift accumulation of Travel Miles and Elite Status Points, rewarding customers for every dollar spent on Frontier with an industry-leading earn rate of up to 20 miles or points per dollar for completed flights.

Tyri Squyres, the Vice President of Marketing at Frontier Airlines, enthusiastically declared, “The anticipation has ended! This is the opportune moment for consumers to acquire everything at a lower cost, earning complimentary flights and achieving valuable status swiftly and at a reduced expense.”

The program launch is accompanied by enticing promotional offers, including:

1. Join Now for 1,000 FREE Miles:

• Enroll in FRONTIER Miles by January 16, 2024, to receive 500 FREE miles.

1. Spend $3K on the FRONTIER Airlines World Mastercard to earn GOLD status:

• Cardholders spending $3,000 before June 30, 2024, will attain FRONTIER Miles Gold Status.
• The offer end date has been extended to June 30, 2024.

1. Enter for Gold Status if You Have GOLD in Your Last Name:

• Entries accepted at Name’s Gold? Get Gold! (flyfrontier.com) through January 16, 2024.
• 100 winners will be selected.

Travel Miles can be earned through eligible purchases on Flyfrontier.com, using the FRONTIER Airlines World Mastercard, earning miles with a Frontier travel partner, or purchasing miles. These miles are redeemable for free flight fares on Frontier Airlines. Unlike Elite Status Points, Travel Miles do not contribute to Elite Status and do not expire with annual eligible account activity.

Elite Status Points accumulate through eligible purchases on Flyfrontier.com or with the FRONTIER Airlines World Mastercard. These points track a member’s progress toward Elite Status and do not redeem for flights. Elite Status Points accrue annually, providing members with status for the current and subsequent years. Members must earn status annually.

Key enhancements to the program include:

• Travel Miles and Elite Status Points accrue based on dollars spent on Frontier eligible products with a standard 10X multiplier ($1 = 10 miles). Multipliers increase at each status level up to 20X.
• Four status levels – Silver (new at 10K), Gold (20K), Platinum (50K), and Diamond (100K) – offering various benefits.
• New benefits at each status level, such as free advance seat assignments, no change or cancel fees (when made seven days or more in advance), priority customer care, family pooling, and priority boarding.
• The mileage multiplier escalates at every tier, allowing for a maximum of 20 times the number of miles earned per dollar spent.
• Consumers can qualify for the new Silver Status level with only 10,000 points (equivalent to $1,000 spent on Frontier products).
• Each Status level provides a faster path to the next level and more miles for free travel with eligible purchases.
