She said regenerative tourism at Red Sea Global includes social, economic and environmental wellbeing, which are considered throughout the organisation’s planning, construction methods, operations, mobility programmes and sustainability commitments.
For Amala, the natural environment itself is expected to become part of the wellness experience. Lindsay described the destination’s landscapes, sea, mountains and ecosystems as elements that contribute to a restorative experience for visitors.
She added that regenerative tourism is not only about protecting and restoring the land but also about creating opportunities for people to feel restored through meaningful connections with nature.
