GACA president leads Saudi Aviation delegation on world tour

The purpose of the visit is to discuss collaboration opportunities for air connectivity and economic growth, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. The Saudi delegation will present the Saudi Aviation Strategy (SAS), highlighting the Kingdom’s ambitions to lead the Middle East in aviation. With a projected $100 billion investment, SAS aims to accommodate 330 million passengers by 2030.

The visit will commence in Singapore, with the delegation attending the Changi Aviation Summit and the Singapore Airshow. This will be followed by visits to Beijing, Zhengzhou, and Shanghai in China, and culminating in visits to Seattle and Anaheim in the United States for the HAI Heli Expo.

His Excellency the President will engage in bilateral meetings with counterparts from the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, the Civil Aviation Authority of China, and the Federal Aviation Administration of the United States. Additionally, the Saudi delegation will participate in roundtable discussions with industry leaders and stakeholders to showcase recent achievements and opportunities arising from the implementation of the Saudi Aviation Strategy.
