TAV Airports, affiliated with Groupe ADP, has seen four of its managed airports — Izmir Adnan Menderes, Milas-Bodrum, Skopje, and Zagreb — earn prestigious recognitions in the Airports Council International (ACI World) “Airport Service Quality” (ASQ) Awards, showcasing their commitment to superior airport service standards.

These airports have been honored for their outstanding services in the ASQ program, reflecting their dedication to enhancing travelers’ experiences. Specifically, Izmir Adnan Menderes, Milas-Bodrum, and Skopje airports were named “Best Airport in Europe” within their passenger capacity categories. Furthermore, Izmir Adnan Menderes stood out by winning additional accolades for the “Easiest Airport Journey in Europe,” “Cleanest Airport in Europe,” “Most Enjoyable Airport in Europe,” and “Airport with the Most Dedicated Staff in Europe.” This achievement places Izmir Adnan Menderes among an elite group of nine airports worldwide distinguished in five categories. Zagreb Airport was also highlighted for offering the “Easiest Airport Journey in Europe,” earning a spot on the ACI World Director General’s Roll of Excellence for consistently excellent service over five years within the past decade.

TAV Airports COO Kürşad Koçak stated, “As TAV Airports, we operate 15 airports in eight countries, dedicated to delivering the best travel experience by closely attending to the needs and expectations of passengers. Last year, we served to a total of 96 million passengers across our airports. It brings us great joy to announce that four of our airports have been acknowledged among the world’s best  airports for their exceptional customer experience quality, as determined by direct evaluations from passengers across various categories. With our skilled workforce and wealth of knowledge, we have established ourselves as a preferred brand in airport management globally. I extend my pride to all our employees whose efforts have contributed to this remarkable achievement.”

The ASQ program, initiated by ACI World in 2006, is aimed at measuring and improving passenger satisfaction and operational efficacy across global airports. With over 400 airports in 109 countries participating, the ASQ Awards are based on feedback from approximately 595,000 passengers worldwide, solidifying its reputation as the premier airport passenger satisfaction benchmark.
