Goa Tourism partners with Mastercard to offer unique travel experiences via the Priceless platform, enhancing its appeal as a premier destination.

The Goa Tourism Authority, in collaboration with the state government, has forged a partnership with Mastercard through the signing of a memorandum of understanding. This alliance aims to boost both domestic and international visitation to Goa by leveraging Mastercard’s ‘Priceless India’ initiative. This significant partnership seeks to elevate Goa’s status as a premier destination by offering distinctive and memorable travel experiences through Mastercard’s acclaimed Priceless program.

Suneel Anchipaka, the Director of Tourism and the Managing Director of GTDC, remarked, “Our partnership with Mastercard is more than just promotional—it provides access to a worldwide network of tourists in search of genuine, unforgettable experiences. With concerted marketing efforts and targeted promotions across various platforms, we can effectively showcase Goa as a leading travel destination, sparking the curiosity of tourists and encouraging them to explore the beauty and diversity of our state.”

Gautam Aggarwal, Mastercard’s Division President for South Asia, noted, “Goa stands out as one of India’s most sought-after destinations. This alliance is a pivotal move in further enhancing Goa’s image as an elite travel spot. By using Mastercard’s renowned Priceless platform, we aim to offer unique travel experiences. This partnership is dedicated to highlighting Goa’s cultural richness, picturesque landscapes, and warm hospitality to a global and national audience. Additionally, it’s an opportunity for Mastercard to advocate for secure digital payment methods within the state.”

Within this partnership, Mastercard is set to develop and promote content and travel experiences that spotlight Goa’s distinct attributes to a global audience. This includes spearheading targeted marketing and promotional activities. The Priceless platform by Mastercard offers its users access to custom-tailored experiences in over 40 countries, featuring more than 2,000 unique experiences across the globe’s most captivating destinations, allowing them to tailor benefits and offerings to suit their individual lifestyles.
