Golden Heaven and BESTAR team up for 30-50 amusement parks in Indonesia

Golden Heaven Group Holdings Ltd. (referred to as “Golden Heaven” or the “Company”), traded on Nasdaq under the symbol GDHG, revealed today its recent collaboration endeavors. On February 26, 2024, the company inked a Letter of Intent (LOI) with PT BESTAR JAYA (“BESTAR”), an Indonesian trading entity servicing nationwide large-scale supermarkets. The aim of this partnership is to introduce between 30 to 50 indoor amusement parks in Indonesia.

As per the LOI’s provisions, BESTAR will spearhead the establishment of indoor amusement parks within prominent shopping centers and supermarkets situated across key locations in Indonesia. Golden Heaven, on the other hand, will extend its expertise in areas such as planning, layout design, facility acquisition, operational oversight, staff training, and other pertinent services to BESTAR. Further particulars regarding this venture will be revealed as negotiations proceed.
