Hard Rock Atlantic City wins USA today gold award 2024

The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City has been honored with the prestigious USA Today Top Workplaces Gold Award for 2024. This recognition was announced today and will be celebrated nationally tonight at an event hosted by USA Today at the Hard Rock Hotel New York.

These esteemed awards are solely based on feedback from team members, collected through a survey conducted by Energage, an independent human resources technology and research company powering the USA Today Top Workplaces employer recognition program. USA Today joined forces with Energage in 2023 to identify, acknowledge, and celebrate organizations that prioritize fostering people-first cultures.

Over 1,080 team members from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City participated in the anonymous survey in late 2023. In February 2024, both union and non-union team members received exciting news—they will collectively receive over $10 million in bonuses. This announcement further solidifies the resort’s tradition of rewarding its team members, a practice that has been upheld since its establishment in 2018.

In 2022, Hard Rock International made headlines by announcing a $100 million investment to significantly increase the salaries of its U.S. workforce. This wage increase impacts 95 job classifications, including many in Atlantic City, showcasing the company’s unwavering commitment to its employees’ well-being.
