Recently, to its flourishing Travel & Tourism division, Hemsworth Communications has declared the addition of two international brands – Amsterdam-based Corendon Hotels & Resorts and Montreal-based Rental Escapes. It would be effective on an immediate basis. The firm is entrusted for driving U.S. PR efforts for both companies, comprising setting up of strategic media relations and promotional campaigns that would allow getting in front of consumers in thoughtful ways as they’re crucial in making travel decisions.

In 2014, Corendon Hotels & Resorts was launched as a subsidiary of the Corendon Group. It’s an international travel company that brags about well-known tour operator business in Europe, as well as an airline. The brand in today’s context on a worldwide basis owns and operates ten properties, including hotels and resorts in Curaçao, the Netherlands, Spain and Turkey.

Hemsworth will deal with a complete media relations program for Corendon which would assist in reintroducing the newest addition to the brand’s expanding hospitality portfolio – Mangrove Beach Corendon Curaçao All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton – within the U.S. market.

As part of its preliminary initiations, the agency this January secured a media lounge sponsorship at the prestigious TravMedia International Media Marketplace (IMM) in New York City and represented Corendon there. It helped in elevating the profile of the brand in front of A-list travel and lifestyle media. Besides, Hemsworth is working with Corendon to carry out a sequence of familiarization (FAM) trips for consumer media, trade press, and travel advisors this spring/summer.
