Maestro PMS has entered into a strategic partnership with Hotel Mogel Consulting Ltd., aimed at conducting external evaluations of hotel operations to ensure that property owners fully leverage their technological resources to enhance team efficiency. This collaboration underscores Maestro’s unwavering dedication to customer service and its commitment to assisting clients in achieving comprehensive success, reaffirming its position as a pioneering force in hotel technology.

Adam Mogelonsky, a partner at Hotel Mogel, highlighted the challenges faced by hotels in the current landscape. He emphasized the vast potential of technology to enhance the guest experience and generate additional revenue throughout the customer journey. However, he also noted that the sheer array of choices can impede innovation. Hotels often grapple with the complexities of integrating various systems, the decision-making process for deploying new technology, and the phenomenon known as ‘dashboard fatigue,’ where employees are burdened with managing an excessive number of systems.

Hotel Mogel’s primary offering is its Tech and Technology Evaluation service, TNT. This service assesses the existing state of a hotel enterprise’s systems and workflows, subsequently developing a strategic roadmap for implementing new technologies that can yield the most significant impact on net-operating income. Furthermore, it focuses on process innovations to streamline team operations and efficiency.

According to Mogelonsky, process innovation encompasses not only technology enhancements but also how teams communicate, organize tasks, and make decisions. Fine-tuning these aspects can lead to substantial time savings in the long term, ensuring that revenue opportunities are capitalized upon promptly and cost management is optimized.

Warren Dehan, President of Maestro, emphasized the critical importance of employee satisfaction in conjunction with technology to achieve success in the hospitality industry. He asserted that prioritizing employee satisfaction is paramount and cannot be effectively achieved without the support of technology.

Dehan quoted John C.
