Hotelogix ends 2023 on a high, fuels global hotel cloud adoption

Hotelogix, a leading provider of cloud-based hospitality technology on a global scale, has proudly concluded the year 2023 with remarkable achievements, driving widespread adoption of cloud technology among hotels worldwide and implementing significant enhancements to its Hotel Property Management System (Hotel PMS).

Commenting on the swift adoption of cloud solutions within the global hotel industry in 2023, Sivaprasad Gangadharan, Chief Sales Officer at Hotelogix, remarked, “This shift towards digital agility was a transformative strategy aimed at improving guest experiences and fostering business growth. Throughout 2023, Hotelogix introduced a series of feature updates to elevate user experience and streamline hotel operations. Notably, Version 2.5 of the Hotel PMS was unveiled, featuring enhanced UI elements, a polished aesthetic, simplified workflows, and intuitive navigation. This revamp has made the PMS more straightforward, efficient, faster, and smarter. Siva added, “These improvements serve a practical purpose, empowering hotel staff with seamless access to crucial areas within the PMS and facilitating enhanced business management.”

Recognizing the increasing desire of hotel groups for centralized operational control, Hotelogix responded by introducing a range of central-level reports. These reports enable data-driven decision-making, supporting growth strategies. Additionally, Hotelogix expanded its solution’s capabilities through integrations with top-tier third-party solutions, ensuring comprehensive operational efficiency. Noteworthy integrations include the SynXis Central Reservation System, Lybra Revenue Management System, QuickBooks for accounting, and Gupshup for guest communication.

In response to the evolving needs of guests, Hotelogix introduced contactless self-service options, further enhancing the overall user experience. The Mobile PMS App facilitates on-the-go task management, contributing to increased mobility for both guests and hotel staff.

“All these enhancements in our product align with changing market dynamics and are relevant to the modern-day user. As we move into 2024, we have our ears to the ground and are committed to driving the global hotel industry’s rapid migration towards the cloud,” Siva added.
