Hyatt Hotels plans to open seven new properties in India and Nepal in 2025, expanding its footprint in key business and leisure destinations across the region.
Hyatt Hotels is set to expand its footprint in India and Nepal with the opening of seven new properties in 2025. These hotels will be strategically located in Ghaziabad, Kasauli, Kochi, Bhopal, Vithalapur, Jaipur, and Butwal (Nepal), further enhancing Hyatt’s presence across the region.

Building on a strong 2024, Hyatt has secured agreements for 21 new properties across India and Southwest Asia. This aggressive expansion includes hotels in major business centers such as GIFT City, Greater Noida, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, alongside leisure destinations like Vrindavan, Kumbhalgarh, Katra, Kandaghat, Jim Corbett National Park, and Pushkar. Hyatt is also extending its reach in popular getaway destinations such as Goa and Jaipur, while expanding its renowned Andaz and JdV by Hyatt brands within India. Additionally, the group has marked its expansion into Nepal with two new hotel signings, and launched its 10th brand in India, Destination by Hyatt.

Currently, Hyatt operates 52 properties in Southwest Asia, including 50 in India and two in Nepal, across a diverse range of nine brands. The company recently crossed a significant milestone, surpassing 10,000 keys in the region, reinforcing its dedication to continued growth and expansion.
