IBS New York and IECSC New York make successful comeback

International Beauty Show (IBS New York) of Questex along with the International Esthetics, Cosmetics and Spa Conference (IECSC New York) had a successful comeback to the Javits Convention Center with thrilling new on-site experiences, extended informative prospects and three chock-a-block days of the pre-eminent in the segment of beauty and spa.
