IBTM World’s Smart Event: Unveils Cutting-Edge Technology

IBTM World is getting ready to offer its smartest event yet with the introduction of cutting-edge new technologies intended to improve the attendance experience and produce better business results for all participants. In addition to this, IBTM World is once again featuring some of the classic technology innovations that have helped it become known for its capacity to create leads and get exhibitors and buyers in front of the right people.

A new navigational feature called WalkMe has been added to the matching platform of the premier international trade fair, which will be held at Barcelona’s illustrious Fira de Barcelona from November 28 to 30. The new tool is intended to be a “how to” companion, guiding exhibitors through each step of the preference selection process while improving the platform’s capacity for exhibitors to look for and arrange appointments with key buyers. In response to rising demand, this year’s event will also grant guest buyers access to the matching tool for the first time, enabling them to set up meetings with exhibitors in advance.

Visitor buyers’ calendars will now be synchronized with the official IBTM World mobile app with exhibitors and hosted buyers for simple scheduling management. Visitors who wish to purchase must register by October 31 in order to be permitted access to appointments that have already been set.

IBTM World has also introduced an Exhibitor Dashboard for its 2023 edition, allowing exhibitors to quickly assess return on investment, with speed, convenience, and value at its core. With the help of this cutting-edge tool, exhibitors can check in real time the number of attendees and buyers who are visiting their event profiles as well as the overall number of leads they generated while using the Emperia app.

IBTM World’s Portfolio Director, Vasyl Zhygalo, stated that their objective is to give all attendees the tools they need to make as many motivating and fruitful business relationships as they can in just three days.

For its event in 2023, IBTM World is also collaborating with a new registration supplier, Iceni Event Solutions, to expedite the guest registration process. In addition to registration, Iceni will debut its brand-new automated Certification Tool, which will keep track of each visitor’s and buyer’s session attendance and provide them with a thorough report of their progress following the event.
