The IMEX-EIC Innovation in Sustainability Award is a prestigious accolade designed to honor event professionals who are leading the charge in sustainable practices. This award highlights those who excel in innovation, collaboration, and idea sharing within the events industry. It specifically recognizes the collective efforts of the event or project stakeholders, including the event owner, organizer, venue, and up to three additional suppliers (e.g., convention and visitor bureaus, technology suppliers, food and beverage suppliers), rather than individual achievements by a single supplier.

Eligibility and Application
Eligible participants include teams involved in a meeting, incentive, convention, or exhibition program. To qualify, the event or project must have taken place between January 1 and December 31 of the previous year. Applications for the 2024 award are now closed. Judging Criteria
The award is adjudicated based on the following criteria:
