IndiGo updates revised rates on its official website

From now on, in budget airline operator IndiGo, passengers will have to pay ₹ 2,000 for front row seats with better leg room with the company increasing the charges. On the website of the said budget carrier, the revised rates have been updated. 

Selecting a window or aisle seat for an A321 aircraft with 222 seats, on the front row will now on be charged ₹ 2,000. For the aisle seat, it is ₹ 1,500 in the same row. All seat types have a flat rate of ₹ 400 for the second and third row.

In case one doesn’t want to buy a preferred seat, one can always choose any free seat that is available or would be allotted a seat free of charge while he/she checks-in at the airport, according to the website of IndiGo.

For an A321 plane, the charges remain the same that has 232 seats and also for A320 aircraft with 180 seats, as per the website of the airline.India’s biggest carrier, IndiGo, enjoys a market share of more than 60 percent.
