Experience the authentic and unparalleled flavors of the Godavari region at the Godavari Food Festival, presented by Four Points by Sheraton Mahabalipuram. Chef Chandra Sekhar Raju and his mother, Mrs. Anasuya Devi, will showcase traditional recipes handed down through generations. Their culinary presentation will include a legacy of family recipes and techniques inherited from their ancestors.

Savor their celebrated creations, including Kodi Rekkalu Tawa Fry (Chicken Wings), Mirapa Kai Baji, Gongura Yata Mamsam, Bhendakaya Pulusu, Dondakaya Vepudu, Birakaya Eguru, Goduma Rawa Halawa, Bellam Jalebi, among others, from March 14th to 20th, 2024.

Speaking about the ‘Godavari Ruchulu’ Food Festival Mr.Assim Sherif, Hotel Manager, Four Points by Sheraton Mahabalipuram Resort & Convention Center said “We have always been in the pursuit of providing an authentic and unique food experience. Chef Murthi, with his impressive two-decade journey in the culinary world, began his career in various hospitality establishments, gradually climbing up the ranks. In his free time, he passionately explores distant villages throughout India to learn about the unique cuisines of each state, which he then skillfully incorporates into his diverse culinary presentations.

Chef Murthi, alongside his skilled team, plays a pivotal role in bringing to life the vision of Chef Chandra Sekhar Raju and his mother, Mrs. Anasuya Devi, through an extraordinary food festival.
