She is a Communications professional with over 20 years of experience in strategic communication for national and international institutions, specializing in press relations, internal and external communications, and institutional positioning. She also has strong expertise in digital communication and E-Services, including digital content, social media, e-learning, e-business, CRM, and digital marketing, complemented by 10 years of experience in Communication for Development.
She is a cultural consultant with extensive experience in the design and management of projects in culture, sustainable development, corporate social responsibility, and volunteering. She has a proven track record in organizing high-impact cultural, corporate, academic, and social events, as well as producing publications and multimedia content, including audio, video, and animation.
She is the author of four books and an experienced creative copywriter, combining strategic communication, storytelling, digital innovation, and cultural perspectives to develop impactful communication strategies and projects.
