This year, ITB Berlin 2024 will showcase innovations from over 30 countries across five dedicated halls, with the much-anticipated eTravel Stage set to draw crowds with its dynamic lineup of panel discussions, keynote addresses, and presentations.
The travel industry, more than most, thrives on continual innovation and evolution. This is evident at ITB Berlin 2024, happening from 5 to 7 March, where Travel Technology will play a prominent role. ITB Berlin 2024 will feature over 30 international exhibitors, including industry giants and emerging startups, covering the entire spectrum of technology in the travel sector. Participants at ITB Berlin 2024 will include names like Amadeus, Sabre, Bewotec, ICEX España, Business Iceland, and Business France. Collaborating with partners like GIATA, the Travel Tech Café in Hall 5.1 and the Travel Lounge in Hall 6.1 at ITB Berlin 2024 will serve as hubs for technology enthusiasts to share knowledge and ideas.
The eTravel Stage in Hall 6.1 at ITB Berlin 2024 offers a comprehensive program, introducing new tracks on AI and Digital Destinations and expanded seating for attendees.
Highlights at the ITB Berlin 2024 eTravel Stage include:
- Tuesday, 5 March, 11.15 a.m.: A session titled ‘Beyond the Buzz – What are the Key Technology Trends Shaping Travel’ moderated by Lea Jordan, featuring insights from Mirja Sickel and Andy Washington on differentiating hype from truly impactful tech trends in travel.
- Tuesday, 5 March, 2.30 p.m.: ‘Hotel Technology Trends (or Hypes?) – Cutting the Noise’ panel discussion led by Lea Jordan, with insights from Kevin King, XinXin Liu, and others on navigating and mastering hotel technology in the digital age.
- Wednesday, 6 March, morning: Focus on the Technology, Tours & Activities track, including a keynote by Schubert Lou and a panel on ‘Outlook for Experiences’ with Nishank Gopalkrishnan and Kristin Dorsett, all part of ITB Berlin 2024.
