A marketing consulting agency based in Wynwood, Jastor, is converting Miami’s multifamily condominium landscape and beyond with its ground-breaking idea of Hospitality at Home. By partnering with the well-known developers like Related, Lennar, and Acre, Jastor has launched an advanced mix of home comfort and luxury hospitality to the market of real estate particularly with their newest attempt, The Dori in Downtown Doral, highlighting 222 multifamily units.

In 2018, initiating with the development of Artem on the previous site of Wynwood Yard in partnership with Lennar, Jastor challenged the outdated luxury condominium model widespread in Brickell. Instead, opting for a dream inspired by the dynamic spirit of the 1980s’ the era of I want my MTV, the agency planned for a living space designed not just for home, but for playing working, and creativity purposes as well. This idea introduced communal areas filled with video games, arcades, exemplifying a Soho-like vibe intended for a vibrant lifestyle. A key to the innovative approach of Jastor was the partnership with global artists like Okuda from Barcelona and Dos Alias from Puerto Rico, who made famous 80-foot mural in Wynwood.
