Jazeera Airways enhances operations with Intelligent Management Solutions

Jazeera Airways, the foremost low-cost carrier in Kuwait, has officially entered into a new facilities management agreement with Intelligent Management Solutions (IMS), a Kuwait-based company. As outlined in the contract, IMS will employ its Computerized Aided Facilities Management System (CAFM IMS) to digitize operational systems and maintenance processes at Jazeera Terminal 5 (T5) and other associated facilities. This collaboration aligns with Jazeera Airways’ commitment to bolster local businesses.

Naser Al Obaid, CEO of Jazeera Terminal 5, expressed satisfaction with the partnership, stating, “We are delighted to collaborate with Intelligent Management Solutions and leverage their comprehensive digital operations and maintenance system for our facility management. It is a source of pride to engage with a Kuwaiti startup that has achieved notable success in providing services to both local and regional enterprises.”

Jazeera Terminal 5, fully owned and operated by Jazeera Airways, aims to enhance the passenger experience, offering a faster and smoother journey. The upgraded terminal features 24 check-in desks, five boarding gates, transit areas, dining options, Duty Free and retail outlets, as well as service provider desks for passenger convenience. Additionally, a 350-vehicle parking building connected to the terminal by a walking bridge facilitates easy access and luggage transfer, particularly in warmer months. With a single security check for departures, passengers can relax until their boarding time.

Intelligent Management Solutions, founded by Kuwaiti entrepreneur Faleh Alajmi, has developed its proprietary CAFM IMS to enable efficient facility management, cost reduction, and asset value preservation for companies. The system, available in both Arabic and English, has proven beneficial for government-owned and private enterprises in Kuwait and beyond.

Faleh Alajmi, the Founder of Intelligent Management Solutions, emphasized the significance of the contract, stating, “This marks a significant milestone for our company as we provide Jazeera Airways with a comprehensive system empowering facility engineers and technicians to operate seamlessly through the system’s smart application. This facilitates the initiation, fulfillment, and tracking of tasks and orders with a simple click on the system’s information screen.”

He further explained, “Our system represents the most comprehensive solution for digital facility management, enhancing operational efficiency and achieving optimal sustainability and profitability. IMS has emerged as a leader in the industry, integrating seamlessly with all services and standing out in both Arabic and English languages, surpassing local and Gulf market alternatives.”

Alajmi concluded by reaffirming IMS’s commitment to ongoing development to meet the needs of the Middle Eastern market, particularly in airport management. He highlighted the success of the system in Gulf countries, such as Saudi Arabia, and its involvement in unique projects in the NEOM region, emphasizing its direct connection to equipment, asset preservation, and maintenance cost control.
