Jazeera Airways, Kuwait’s leading low cost carrier has been selected by Great Place To Work for the 2023 Best Workplaces in Asia list. Great Place To Work is the global authority on workplace culture that ranks companies based on work experience surveys by employees. This year’s list features 200 organizations that were chosen after surveying 2.1 million employees in Asia and the Middle East about their experience in the workplace.
Jazeera Airways also ranked in the 2023 Best Workplaces in Kuwait™ list earlier this year. Companies that were included in the national Best Workplaces™ Lists were considered for the regional selection.
The airline currently has 1425 employees from 78 nationalities across its network of 64 destinations in the Middle East, Central and South Asia, Africa and Europe.

The Great Place to Work recognition is based on confidential survey data assessing employee experiences of trust, innovation, company values, and leadership. Companies are also evaluated on how well they are creating a For AllTM workplace experience, where all employees are welcomed and celebrated no matter who they are or what they do. As a result, these companies have impressive employee engagement with 90% of employees reporting that people give extra effort on the job.
