Kinker’s transition to St. Regis Atlanta comes after his tenure as hotel manager at the Tampa EDITION in Florida, where he spent two years. Prior to this, he served as director of operations, a role he took on in September 2021. Born and raised in Orlando, Kinker’s career in hospitality began at The Ritz-Carlton, where he climbed through the ranks in various leadership positions, focusing on food and beverage, banquets, and restaurant operations. His expertise in these areas led him to become the director of food and beverage at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, where he helped the hotel achieve the prestigious Forbes Five Star Award.
During his time at the Tampa EDITION, Kinker played a pivotal role in the property’s success, which included earning Michelin recognition. The hotel received a Michelin Key for its outstanding service and a Michelin Star for its signature restaurant, Lilac. His leadership in this achievement underscores his commitment to excellence in every aspect of hotel management.
