Jet2.com has been commended for its exceptional punctuality record by the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), having managed to operate 77 percent of its flights on schedule between October and December 2023, making it the leading performer among the major airlines in the UK.

According to the latest Aviation Trends report from the CAA, which assessed the punctuality of both domestic and international carriers in the fourth quarter of 2023, the overall on-time performance stood at 67 percent.

Exceeding the industry average, Jet2.com maintained a remarkable on-time performance rate of 77 percent during the specified period, with flights either arriving or departing the gate within 15 minutes of their scheduled time. This achievement positions Jet2.com as the top-performing major airline in the UK for punctuality during that timeframe.

Jet2.com consistently garners acclaim for its unwavering dedication to providing top-tier customer service, earning numerous prestigious accolades that recognize its exceptional care for passengers. Earlier this year, the airline was lauded as one of the foremost companies in the UK for its outstanding customer service according to the latest Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI). Additionally, it was the sole UK airline to receive recognition as a Which? Recommended Provider.
