JetBlue is preparing for a major boost in connectivity across Upstate and Western New York with the rollout of new nonstop routes set to begin this March. The airline is expanding its regional footprint with fresh links from Buffalo to Fort Myers and San Juan, as well as a new connection between Syracuse and Fort Lauderdale. This strategic expansion reflects JetBlue’s continuing investment in regions where demand for affordable fares and quality service continues to rise.

The new additions arrive at a pivotal moment as JetBlue intensifies its focus on strengthening New York’s air travel landscape. Earlier, the airline confirmed that it would launch direct service between Rochester and Orlando, creating a network of complementary routes that collectively enhance mobility for travelers across the state. These developments reinforce JetBlue’s position as a leading carrier committed to delivering both value and a superior inflight experience.

Travelers along the newly added routes will be welcomed with the airline’s signature amenities that have long defined its competitive advantage. Every aircraft is equipped with fast, free Fly-Fi connectivity, allowing customers to remain online throughout the journey without any limits. Seatback entertainment at every seat offers a variety of movies, shows, and live TV, while complimentary snacks and beverages help create a relaxed, passenger-friendly atmosphere. Combined, these features continue to elevate JetBlue’s reputation among leisure and business travelers seeking comfort without premium costs.

To mark the introduction of the new services, JetBlue has released a special series of promotional one-way fares available for a limited time. Travelers flying from Buffalo to Fort Myers can secure introductory rates starting at $59, while trips from Buffalo to San Juan open at $99. Those departing from Syracuse to Fort Lauderdale can take advantage of fares beginning at $59. These opening prices are designed to encourage early travel planning and highlight JetBlue’s dedication to keeping flights accessible.

Customers who book directly through the airline’s website benefit from the most competitive pricing available. JetBlue ensures its lowest fares are displayed on jetblue.com, along with exclusive fare options and promotional offers that may not be listed through third-party platforms. Direct bookers also receive double TrueBlue loyalty points, access to Points Pooling, smooth seat selection processes, and convenient upgrades to EvenMore seating. Booking on the official site also ensures round-the-clock contact with JetBlue’s customer service team, providing dependable support whenever needed.

The upcoming schedules have been structured to make travel from Upstate New York to Florida and the Caribbean more convenient and seamless. Beginning March 27, 2026, flights between Buffalo and San Juan will operate four times weekly on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. The outbound service will depart Buffalo at 7:15 a.m. and arrive in San Juan at 11:30 a.m., offering travelers a full afternoon to begin exploring the island. The return service will leave San Juan at 6:20 p.m., touching down in Buffalo at 10:45 p.m.

The airline’s emphasis on affordable fares, consistent amenities, and strong regional connectivity positions these new routes as valuable additions for travelers seeking smoother links to Florida, Puerto Rico, and popular leisure markets.
