JetBlue has declared a lasting alliance with UBS Arena and the New York Islanders, establishing itself as the Official Domestic Airline Partner. As a beloved airline of New York, JetBlue is thrilled to collaborate with a top-rated arena and sports team that echoes its dedication to customer-focused partnerships. This partnership reaffirms JetBlue’s dedication to its dedicated TrueBlue and TrueBlue Mosaic patrons.

“JetBlue is excited to lace up with the New York Islanders and UBS Arena for the ultimate New York power play as the Official Domestic Airline Partner,” said Marty St. George, president of JetBlue. “With new JetBlue service from Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP) launching next month, we’re excited to become an even bigger part of the Long Island community home of some of our most loyal customers.”

The collaboration enables JetBlue to offer its devoted Long Island clientele exclusive perks and access, specifically for TrueBlue and Mosaic members. These advantages include early ticket purchasing opportunities and special promotions for select events at UBS Arena and New York Islanders matches. Additionally, Mosaic members will enjoy the privilege of using a dedicated priority entrance at UBS Arena’s main entryway.

UBS Arena’s ‘Northwest Terrace’ is set to be rebranded as the TrueBlue Terrace by JetBlue, transforming it into an open-air gathering spot where TrueBlue members can unwind and enjoy both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Moreover, the arena’s event level will undergo a makeover to become the JetBlue Runway Level. This area will host the newly named JetBlue Mosaic Lounge, previously known as the ‘Spotlight Club’, and the Mosaic Suites, which were once referred to as the ‘Spotlight Suites’.

“JetBlue is one of the most iconic and innovative major U.S. airlines and we are grateful to have them partner with UBS Arena and the NY Islanders for a long time to come.” said Dan Griffis, President Global Partnerships at Oak View Group. “JetBlue’s incredible commitment to unique, high-quality experiences and passion for the communities they serve is congruent to our mission and values. I am confident that Belmont Park will be a better place with them involved.”

To celebrate the launch of this partnership, a series of events are happening today throughout the area:

At John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK) Terminal 5, festivities begin at 11 a.m. EST. New York Islanders legend and four-time Stanley Cup winner Butch Goring, together with mascots Sparky and Nyles and the New York Islanders Hype Team, will recreate the vibrant atmosphere of Islanders games at UBS Arena right in JetBlue’s Terminal 5. Attendees can look forward to live music, promotional giveaways, and exciting surprises as they transit through JFK on September 4.

Later, at 7 p.m. EST on September 4, a ‘Light Up Long Island’ event will take place. The lanterns at UBS Arena and the dome of the Nassau County Executive & Legislative Building will be illuminated in blue to mark JetBlue’s welcome to the New York Islanders’ Long Island home.
