A graduate of Escuela de Hosteleria de Sevilla with a focus on business and international comparative law, he also holds a Master Certificate in Hotel Management from Cornell University. Beyond his professional endeavors, Juan is a passionate self-taught chef, avid reader, and enjoys traveling in the Americas and Asia. He dedicates much of his leisure time to volunteer teaching, fundraising, and family.
