After achieving remarkable success at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, making it one of the city’s premier destinations, Jumeirah has excitedly unveiled its second award-winning lifestyle experience, SAL, at Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort.

Now open for visitors, ‘SAL Saadiyat Island’ offers a refined yet casual dining ambiance on a breathtaking new beachfront location. Drawing inspiration from the laid-back elegance found in Capri, Saint-Tropez, and Mykonos, guests are treated to a premium culinary journey with popular SAL dishes like King Crab & Homemade Trenette Pasta and Sea Salt Crusted Sea Bass, all while enjoying the serene views of Saadiyat Island’s crystal-clear waters, immaculate beaches, and mesmerizing sunsets.

Set within a modern mirrored structure that reflects the stunning natural scenery and harmonizes with the surroundings, SAL Saadiyat Island provides the perfect backdrop for relaxation and social gatherings. It features an exclusive infinity pool and a private beach section, ensuring a memorable experience for those looking to spend the day in style.

Spencer Ayers, Senior Vice President, Jumeirah Group commented: “Jumeirah has earned an exceptional reputation in the dining scene, and we’re proud to be leading in that space as a luxury hotel group. With some of our signature restaurants receiving international recognition from Michelin and Gault&Millau, and SAL becoming one of Dubai’s must-visit lifestyle destinations, our success in curating exceptional dining destinations is a testament to our commitment towards delivering distinctive experiences for our guests.”

Speaking about the addition of SAL to Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort, Savino Leone, General Manager for the resort added: “We’re delighted to be bringing the understated luxury of SAL to our stunning setting on Saadiyat Island. Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort perfectly captures the spirit of island living, making it the ideal home for a second location for SAL, adding even further appeal to discover our casual luxury offering in 2024.”

At the helm of SAL Saadiyat Island stands Head Chef Vincenzo Nigro, bringing with him twenty years of culinary expertise honed at prestigious luxury hotels around the globe, including locations in Australia, Mauritius, Russia, and Dubai.

Positioned amidst the stunning vista of pristine azure waters, SAL enhances the array of distinguished, prize-winning dining options available at Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort. This includes Tean, the resort’s flagship restaurant influenced by Levantine cuisine; White, renowned for its sustainable, modern culinary offerings; and Mare Mare, a favored beachfront Italian eatery.
