In a fusion of East Coast heritage and the vibrant energy of Las Vegas, Junior’s Restaurant and Bakery, celebrated for its iconic cheesecakes and diner favorites, marked its grand opening at Resorts World Las Vegas on Wednesday, February 28, 2024. Attracted by the dynamic environment and high tourist footfall of RWLV, Junior’s selected this venue for its inaugural West Coast outpost, reflecting the brand’s expansion since its foundation. This move aims to draw both locals and tourists, offering a slice of Brooklyn amidst the buzz of the Las Vegas Strip. The opening event at RWLV was a spectacle of traditional charm and modern Vegas glitz, featuring memorable Vegas-style entertainment, an elegant ribbon-cutting, and Alan Rosen, the third-generation proprietor, being honored with a Key to the Strip by Clark County Commission Tick Segerblom.
This 300-seat establishment acts as a bridge between the timeless appeal of New York and the modern allure of Las Vegas. Open from early morning till late at night, Junior’s promises an endless gastronomic delight with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a late-night menu available every day. The menu is a homage to New York and Brooklyn’s culinary legacy, offering everything from overstuffed New York deli sandwiches, signature 10 oz. steak burgers, and massive half-pound hot dogs, to fresh seafood and a comprehensive bar service. And, not to be missed, is Junior’s famed cheesecake, available in 25 delectable varieties, ensuring each guest experiences the enduring tradition and excellence Junior’s is known for.
